Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Concept preparations and evaluation based on weight, cost, attributes, vehicle variants/ platform modularity.
• Lead Packaging & integration of Vehicle systems.
• Vehicle calculation knowledge like, Wheel base calc, CG calc, Vehicle performance calc.
• Lead DMU packaging reviews, Concerns resolution, Preparation of DMU reports & Sign off.
• Support in Validation concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT
• Support in Service concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT
• Support in Plant concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT
• Support Build at different phase of programme
• Vehicle packaging and DMU sign off considering existing homologation requirements and future upcoming regulations.
• Ensure EN / PR release, EBOM, Installation drg release through PLM and track and coordinate other aggregate releases
• Participate in vehicle benchmarking, Vehicle Target setting and Cascading the same to System level targets.
• Manage homologation documentation, testing, etc.
• Expreienced in GNOVAC/ Vehicle quality audits
