Maintain Cleanliness of All the Tanks

Testing Raw Water before Unloading the Water Tanker in Under Ground Tank

Maintain all required Parameters of PW Water

Sanitization HSRO & PW distribution loop as per planned schedule

Chemical Sanitization of CSRO as per planned schedule

Operation of Air Compressor, ETP & HVAC

Maintain Cleanliness of Air Compressor, ETP & HVAC

Updating Log Sheet for Air Compressor, ETP & HVAC

Maintenance of ETP Plant & Maintaining its related documents

Senear person shall be responsible for these jobs in absence of Mr. Aayar Rambhai Patabhai

To coordinate during the equipment / instrument qualification activity.

To comply the cGMP and safety compliance as per the guidelines.

To ensure timely compliance of all audits related points.

To look after the plant maintenance related issues of all Plants.

To maintain, update maintenance records, files, logbooks, registers,

formats related to maintenance department and utilities.

To provide inputs for improvement in process, maintenance and operation.

To co-ordinates with HOD for maintain planning, scheduling and execution for

all functions and activities of maintenance for smooth working.

To coordinate with cross functional department for given responsibilities.

To understand and shoulder any other responsibilities given time to time for self and

company improvement.

Maintaining all Electrical Panel inside Proper Cable Dressing & Cleanliness of all Panels

Maintaining Cleanliness of Transformer Area, Diesel Generator Area, GOD Area & Electrical Panel

Electrical Maintenance of all Production Machinery & Utility Machinery and Maintain all related documents

Planning and to manage all issues related to Maintenance of Electrical and related

up-gradation projects.

To prepare and review Engineering and Utility related SOP's

To prepare Qualification, Requalification and Validation Protocol and reports for Different

Equipments, HVAC system, Water system, Utilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,106.85 - ₹1,370,195.71 per year
