Targets to be achieved by the employee

Detail design of upcoming projects of Compact Hydro, under guidance of lead designers.

Job responsibilities and tasks

3d modeling and 2d drawing preparation in NX - Teamcenter software as per Andritz standard. BoM preparation in ASAP. As on requirement support to be done for Powerhouse drawing and MBoP schematic drawing preparation in AutoCAD / Revit software.

Authorizations (IT)

Compact Hydro design server access. NX - Teamcenter software ASAP software AutoCAD software ADMS software Desktop workstation (suitable for above mentioned software) along with 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse

Education, professional experience and qualification requirements

Education: Mechanical engineer and NX - CAD software Professional experience: Minimum 1 year industrial experience in mechanical design using NX CAD software Qualification requirements: Bachelor's in mechanical engineering

Competencies

CAD software NX and PLM tool Teamcenter working experience. Sound knowledge of design and mechanical engineering principles and best practices. Knowledge of drafting standards & practices, geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T), surface roughness and manufacturing process. Knowledge of engineering materials and standards (IS, ISO, DIN, ASME, ANSI ...) Quick learner, ownership of responsibilities and skills that should be in a design engineer. Properly organize drawing & documentation.
