- Engineer Trainee

Position Overview

The Engineer Trainee will support project execution, technical coordination, and day-to-day engineering tasks while learning company standards, safety practices, and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in planning, supervision, and execution of ongoing projects Perform site visits, collect technical data, and prepare reports Support design, drawings, estimation, BOQ documentation, and material planning Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance Maintain project documentation, approvals, and checklists Learn company tools, software, and engineering standards Report daily activities to supervisors

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or relevant field) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of engineering drawings, site work, and measurements Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/technical software is an advantage
