At this juncture, the Management of Arjuna Natural Private Limited plans to bring standards into business operations overall as a group. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Engineer Trainee with a background in Chemical Engineering to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering who have little to no practical work experience but have demonstrated academic excellence. As an Engineer Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in the field of chemical engineering. Key Responsibilities: Training: Participate in an intensive training program designed to provide you with a foundational understanding of chemical engineering principles, processes, and safety protocols. Support: Assist senior engineers or supervisors in their daily tasks, such as process monitoring, data analysis, and equipment maintenance, to gain practical experience. Project Assistance: Collaborate with the engineering team to support ongoing projects, including process improvement initiatives, troubleshooting, and optimization. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to various chemical processes and assist in making recommendations for process improvements and cost reductions. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment and actively participate in safety drills and training programs. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments, observations, and project-related documentation. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices within the field of chemical engineering through self-study and training sessions. Problem Solving: Work with the team to identify and address technical challenges, providing innovative solutions where possible. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech) from a reputed institution, registered under NITS .
  • 0-1 years of relevant work experience (internships or co-op experiences are a plus but not required).
  • Strong academic performance and a genuine passion for chemical engineering.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Willingness to comply with safety regulations and protocols.
