Key Responsibilities:
Handling the entire service activities of CIJ printer at Chennai and Tamil Nadu location
Conducting demos/Trials installation at Food Beverages, Cable, and Pipe Industries.
He will be responsible for preventive Maintenance/Breakdown Calls of the printers. Maintaining interface with the customers, monitoring AMC Contracts etc.
He will be also responsible for repeat business from the same customers.
* Ability to handle & resolve customer complaints
