We are seeking a passionate and dedicated:

ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL (M/F/D)

who shares our enthusiasm for custom solutions and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities:

Inspect, control, and approve components and parts, including documentation related to welding quality, corrosion protection, and dimensions. Oversee, support, and manage manufacturing processes with suppliers both domestically and internationally, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Conduct damage analysis and develop repair concepts. Ensure product quality throughout project execution. Review material certificates and prepare the necessary documentation. Evaluate and implement specification requirements during project and design phases, as well as in manufacturing. Create and review quality assurance documents needed for order processing. Plan inspections considering customer requirements and internal standards, including documentation. Supervise non-destructive testing according to EN 9712 standards. Assess malfunctioning components and damage cases, and develop effective solutions. Provide feedback from quality monitoring to the design team.

What we're looking for:

Degree in Engineering or Technical Vocational Training / Master Craftsman (m/f/d), preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical background. Several years of professional experience in the relevant field. Proven expertise in quality assurance / quality control. Strong social skills and team-oriented mindset. Confident presence and excellent communication skills. Structured, responsible, and practical working style with a hands-on mentality. Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 80%). Good command of German and English.
