What success looks like in this role:

May work as the sole Technical Writer for a specific solution area or delivery stream. Writes and maintains documentation for a range of moderately complex functionality and products. Works on a variety of documentation types, including procedures, user manuals, installation manuals, help documents, ReadMe, Release Notes, etc. Edits material for structure, completeness, accuracy, organizational consistency, clarity of expression and appropriateness of content resulting in well-organized, concise documentation. Reviews and critically assesses content written by others outside the Technical Writing group. Ensures all produced documentation conforms to company documentation, brand, style and quality standards. Interacts with SMEs at all levels of the business and communicates information back to the team and leadership. Estimates own tasks with some guidance.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
