Salary & Benefits:

Delhi: ₹26,000 + Stay Lucknow: ₹18,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site/plant operations and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Coordinate with management for timely completion of tasks and projects. Maintain records and prepare reports as required.

Candidate Profile:

Strong technical knowledge in respective field (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil). Ability to lead a team and manage on-ground operations. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate to Delhi (if not local).
