Job Responsibilities
1. Supervise the facilities construction work effectively
2. Execute plan as per drawings and schedule
3. Adhere to quality management standards and safety norms
4. Review installation and commissioning of utilities
5. Allocate material to the teams and do reconciliation management
6. Report and update the project progress and schedule
7. Ensure safety and quality standards are followed for project closure
8. Ascertain completion of measurement and bill certification within
timelines
9. Monitor availability of required permissions and clearances from
regulatory authorities
Education Requirement
B.E./ Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical
Experience Requirement
5 - 8 years
