1. To create most suitable design to meet customer specific requirement
'R&D - To ensure product release package on time with right quality
a) Prepare Monthly MLC release plan and monitored
b) Follow std process to create design package
c) MLC release in system as per ePSR target date
d) MLC release package quality - every stage to meet std defined requirement
e) Change mgmt Should follow as per system requirement
Design :
Effectively lead till design freeze phase and properly transferred to NPL To ensure design creation as per global guideline To ensure design release package as per standard requirement To ensure MLC package release on time on system To coordinate with global continental team and ensure smooth flow of project launch
Qualifications
Bachlore in Engineering Product Design & development knowledge 5 Yrs Specific speed sensor Electro mechanical product knowledge & Plastic molding tool knowledge Min 3 Yrs
