What your day-to-day will look like
:
Providing customers with IT support via application support, desktop solutions, chat functions, emails, and calls.
Troubleshooting IT issue by probing customers
Providing customer with step-by step guidance to solve the technical issue
Following up on technical queries and providing feedback
Escalating critical issue to next level
Relaying application functionality feedback from customers to IT developers.
Driving major incident/high impact issue to resolution through bridge call
What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need
:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT
2+ years of experience in IT / Application support of enterprise application having complex integrations
Good knowledge in SQL queries
Basic knowledge in any of the scripting language
Working experience in monitoring tools.
Excellent customer service skills
Basic knowledge of application development
Excellent probing and troubleshooting skills
Ability to identify, adapt, and apply approaches in problem solving
Good knowledge in ServiceNow
Ready to work in shifts, 365 days' work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with solution-oriented attitude
Should be able to deliver assigned tasks with required quality standards within the defined timeline.
Eager to learn new technology.
Analytical mindset to solve Technology issue.
Exposure to IT issue understanding and resolution.
It'd be great if you also have:
Experience to support Transport Management Systems and logistics domain knowledge.
Exposure to ServiceNow and similar ticketing tools.
