Job Description

Supervise daily operations:
Manage all activities on the construction site, including coordinating staff and subcontractors and assigning duties.
Ensure safety compliance:
Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections and meetings, and prepare reports on hazards and mitigation measures.
Monitor project progress:
Track work to ensure it is completed on time and within scope. Adjust schedules as needed to keep the project on track.
Maintain quality standards:
Inspect the quality of work and ensure it meets project specifications, building codes, and other standards.
Manage resources:
Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
Communicate with stakeholders:
Serve as a liaison between project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and on-site workers.
Maintain documentation:
Prepare and maintain site reports, including progress updates, safety reports, and time/payroll records.
Address issues:
Identify and resolve conflicts or problems that arise on the site.
