An Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our solar and wind project as Planning Engineers. Candidates should hold a Diploma or B.E. in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with hands-on experience in MS Project or Primavera (P6). Prior experience in preparing construction and commissioning schedules for solar and wind projects is essential.
Key Competencies:
Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Develop detailed construction and commissioning schedules for both solar and wind energy projects. Track project progress, identify potential delays, and formulate mitigation plans to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Coordinate with site execution teams, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted execution of project activities.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients, providing insights on project status, milestones, and key challenges.
Monitor resource allocation, including manpower planning and equipment utilization, to optimize on-site productivity. Support project cost control by assisting in the preparation of cash flow forecasts, tracking expenditures, and developing accurate billing schedules. Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards at all stages of the project, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
