Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning:

Monitoring & Managing the function related activities which includes machine design and integration activities

Functional

Core:

Supporting Automation & Controls Head in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to Approved Project URS Deviation list. Customer approved Sales Order scope with sales texts (currently CRM) , Customer approved P&ID / flow chart Accountable for Create customer P&ID/Flow chart from Master pre-sales phase or project scope to be able to release process for customer P&ID or Flowchart Version 1.00 or higher Responsible for execution of Software ITR with simulation software before FAT in order to report ITR for software Accountable for execution of control panel ITR before FAT in order to report panel ITR on yellow pages

Internal process

Support Hardware engineering in creating content for IIOT list from EPLAN to release process for IIOT tag list. Support Software engineering to create, test & release (version control) project Software (PLC, & SCADA & IIOT Interface and IIOT Tag list) Key Result Areas

Drive design, simulation and QA process for controls system as per Master reference and

regulatory and

Company standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines.
