Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning Activities:

Core:

Monitoring and getting corrections done on dimensional graphs as and when required to ensure process & dimensional control Downtime, HFX and Process Loss analysis of each and every shift, preapare and execute action plan to control it Ensure adherence of all daily/ weekly/fort nightly and monthly schedules, activities, and change schedules, production schedules to minimize breakdown & to improve quality Colour Change Planning for next 48 hours to control the number of color changes per shift for ease of operations Monitoring health of HCM in terms of quality and contuinity after PM and Size Change to improve DAFOE Ensure all the time shop floor should be auditable all the times from GMP and regulatory point of view. (100% audit compliance) Ensure Trainings of SOP, Safety, cGMP and ensure effectiveness of it. Verification and correction of Viscosity of dipbaths to control process parameters Shift Scheduling and leave planning (People Development)
Ensure all status display boards are updated and maintained, HCM in process status labelling Ensure adherence to change controls, deviations, incident reporting etc. Investigation of customer complaint, root cause analysis, initiate and implementation of CAPA Appreciation of team members in case of any achievements, surpassing of targets, setting of new bench marks (People Development)
