Diploma / Degree Engineer (Mechanical)

CTC : 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA

Experience in process equipment manufacturing and fabrication industries. Min 3 to 5 Year Experience is required

Responsible for managing the Quality of materials, equipment, and services required by an organization and customer in line with various specification, Code, international standards and maintain compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

: Quality control implementation, Product inspection and testing, Data analysing & reporting, trouble shooting and problem solving, process improvement, compliance, collaboration, Documentation and Reporting.

Technical Knowledge :

Understanding of technical specifications, Drawings reading, Engineering principles, various code, ISO standards, related to various Process, materials, and equipment related to fabrication.

Problem solving and analytical Skills

: Must be able to understand the problem and diff. issue, ability to analyse and provide solution within required range define as per drawing and specifications. Able to analyse quality trend and implementation of improvement.

Communication Skills

: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external suppliers & customer.

CAPA

: Capable to resolve issue, corrective and preventive action. Able to understand the issue and can find out root cause analysis.

Testing and calibration

: Must have sound knowledge of various chemical and mechanical testing, to ensure right quality of raw material. Having sound knowledge of various measuring instruments calibration and acceptance criteria.

NDT

: certified with ASNT Level-II in UT, RT, VT, PT and MPT is preferable and will be an added advantage.

Organizational Skills:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records. Must have good experience for making and maintaining documentation at various stage like incoming, in process and final.

- Welding : Good knowledge of diff. welding process, WPS & PQR will be preferable.

- ERP Sofware Proficiency: Familiarity with Erp, MS office etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
