In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To coordinate with the sales team or project pursuit to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information.
To prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies.
To handle a key account customer and maintain a strong relationship with them, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage.
To obtain and review post order documentation approval from the customer and ensure its compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
To maintain a good company image of professionalism, competency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.

• You keep in touch with customers, build the customer relationships, understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships, balance planning with actions, research initiatives and try innovative ways, You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive, focus on priorities and set stretch goals, apply systems and technology to stay on track, convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
3-8 years of experience in the control valve industry (required).
A degree in engineering or related field
Hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.
Communication and technical acumen to interact with clients and colleagues (preferred)
Ability to operate and utilize engineering computer systems for various tasks (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude and visualization skills to create and select the best product for the clients (preferred).
Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).
