Job Summary
The Engineer in Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and security of SharePoint environments. This position focuses on developing and maintaining secure SharePoint systems, addressing client requests, and enhancing functionality in alignment with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop And Implement Secure Sharepoint Configurations Using Tls And Ssl To Ensure Data Protection And Compliance With Organizational Security Policies.
2. Maintain Existing Sharepoint Systems By Troubleshooting And Resolving Security-Related Issues, Ensuring Uninterrupted Service And User Access.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Analyze New Feature Requests, Designing And Developing Enhancements That Leverage Sharepoint'S Security Capabilities.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Sharepoint Security Procedures, Coding Standards, And Operational Workflows.
Skill Requirements
1. Basic Understanding Of Sharepoint Security Protocols Including Tls And Ssl
2. Familiarity With Coding Practices Relevant To Sharepoint Development
3. Knowledge Of Troubleshooting Techniques For Sharepoint Environments
4. Basic Documentation Skills For Technical Processes And Project Workflows
