Title : Engineer - Sales & Business Development
Location : Aerospace park, Unachur village, Jala Hobli - Bangalore
Role :
Experience in Business Planning / Business Development
Researching markets and identifying business opportunities
Strong analytical skills, ability to develop business models / plans
Good commercial acumen and negotiations skills
Sales Budget planning and proven ability in achieving the set targets/exceeding the targets.
Demonstrated experience in closing large & long-term deals
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to handle top level management interactions in customer organizations
Ability to take initiative, drive & persistence to achieve results
Understanding of the Metal Stamping market would be a big advantage
Identifying and screening potential partners, establishing contact and exploring business opportunities.
Working closely with Engineering, Production & Technical teams to develop a strong business relationship and driving the alignment of various stakeholders to facilitate 100% Customer Satisfaction
Receivables Management
Qualification : BE/BTECH in Mech. / Industrial / Auto /Electrical Engineering / PG in Business Management with 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development in Engineering/Components manufacturing companies. Metal Stamping Industries Experience is preferred
