Engineer (RO & Utility) is responsible for the operation, maintenance, optimization, and compliance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems and utility services including water treatment, boilers, compressors, LPG, HVAC, and associated distribution systems. The role ensures uninterrupted utility supply, efficiency improvement, safety compliance, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain RO plants.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment (HVAC, air compressors, LPG, etc.).
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement timely solutions.
Maintain logs and documentation for RO and utility systems.
Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and consumables.
Maintain AMC data
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Utilities Engineering or related field.
2-5 years
of experience in RO systems and utility operations in manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of water treatment processes, HVAC systems, compressors and safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
