Key Responsibilities

Product & Technology Development

Design and develop construction systems, building components, and innovative materials to
improve project efficiency and durability.

Explore new methods for modular construction, pre-cast systems, and sustainable building
solutions.

Engineering & Drafting

Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and 2D/3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD,
Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).

Ensure designs meet structural integrity, safety codes, and regulatory requirements.
Research, Testing & Vendor Development

Conduct R&D on new materials (e.g., high-performance concrete, composites, recycled
materials).

Oversee prototyping, product testing, and validation to ensure reliability and performance. Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and suppliers to support innovation and quality
standards.

Work on product cost analysis and cost-minimization strategies in collaboration with
procurement and finance teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with project, production, and quality teams to implement new technologies and
processes.

Support on-site teams during pilot projects or trials.
Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to reduce cost, shorten construction timelines, and enhance
sustainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
