Quantity Surveying-Extracting quantity from drawings, review of drawings.

Billing- Checking bills for inaccuracy and deviations when submitted from site. Preparing consolidated bill of quantities for projects.

Cost Analysis-Prepare cost estimates and track deviation.

Rate Analysis- Doing rate analysis of civil activities and estimation of construction project.

Store Reconciliation- Material reconciliation with actual progress.

Resource planning & Scheduling- Preparing and tracking

Reports-To check quality reports/track progress/timelines/schedules.

Key Skills Needed

BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 3+ years' experience in billing & excellent working knowledge of advance excel.

Should have knowledge of taking out quantities from MEP drawings

Should have working knowledge of AutoCAD for calculation purposes.

Advance course in Excel will help.

Basic knowledge of Primavera Project Planning.

Upto Rs. 5-6 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
