Quality Engineer - Injection Moulding (Process)

Sahibabad Site 4, Ghaziabad

We are looking for a

Quality Engineer

with

2-3 years of experience

in

injection moulding

. The ideal candidate should have a

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

and strong knowledge of

quality instruments

,

parts inspection

, and

GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process and final inspection of injection moulded components. Use precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols accurately. Prepare and maintain quality documents (PPAP, CAPA, 8D reports). Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Work closely with production to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2-3 years of experience in quality control, specifically in injection moulding Proficient in using quality inspection tools Good understanding of GD&T and technical drawings

Salary:

Based on interview and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
