Job Responsibilities

Implement and comply with company quality assurance standards Develop and maintain quality control systems Inspect and test materials, processes, and finished products Monitor quality performance and analyze defects, rejections, and rework Perform FAI inspection and documentation as per

AS9102 / AS9100D

Conduct final inspections and prepare test certificates, FIR, and COC Support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with operations to improve process controls and quality Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and compliance to safety norms Prepare quality documents such as FMEA, Control Plan, SOPs, and Visual Atlas Perform joint inspections with customers and maintain required records Maintain

Required Skills

BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance in mechanical components Experience in aerospace components and metal finishing is an advantage Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, RCA, inspection methods, and measurement techniques Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
