Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the product quality control of the entire Injection production process from sample to mass production, and seek to improve product quality through testing, control and improvement processes
• Develop various Injection inspection standards and documents related to quality. (Control Plan, Patrol Inspection, Outgoing Inspection standard, Appearance approval, etc.)
• Validate the customer milestone sample submission without Q \xe2\x80\x93Issues and Participant at customer end if required.
• Deploy and insure compliance with company rules and procedures in line with the main Quality standards (IATF).
• Quick response and follow up abnormal situation during Project, Safe Launch & Serial life Phase.
• Participate in the PDCA/QRQC/ 8D activity to find the root cause and corrective/preventive actions for New product Internal / Customer end Quality issues:
• Conduct the failure analysis process of the customer returns (zero km and warranty), following the PDCA/FTA methodology and work towards customers satisfaction.
• Follow strictly the respect of answer to customer response, present and explain the PDCA/ 8D including counter measure report to the Internal / external customers.
• Follow customer objectives and indicators concerning quality claim/alert or warranty;
• Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility related to Injection process.
• Stop the production if the quality problem or potential risk is found in production line to ensure the product quality

Requirements:

• Qualification : Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 6-7 years of relevant experience in automotive, Tier-1, multinational companies.

Skills Srong ability to work under pressure, flexible, reliable and sense of project quality;
Previous experience in handling minimum 5 Years Injection Process
Exposure in OEM customer requirements (MSIL, Hyundai, Toyota
,Renault,Ford,Tata )
Knowledge on IATF 16949.
Leader ship skill on analysis defect and handle team
Should have worked in Auto Assy. Units
Working Knowledge in PPAP, DOE, SPC, 7QC Tools and core tools
Knowledge of measuring instruments, 8D methodology,
Knowledge in Trouble shooting of defective products related to Injection.
Ability to take corrective and preventive action.
Ability to interact and work closely with CFT team and customers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas and Internal customers.
Entire work is computer based, should be proficient in IT- based management systems
