Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our QualityDepartment in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in aluminiumdie casting and machining processes, particularly in the manufacturing of pistons and pistonrings. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of quality control systems, testingequipment, and documentation practices relevant to the auto component manufacturingindustry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities.

? Operate and manage advanced testing equipment such as CMM, Roundness Tester,Form Tester, Roughness Tester, and Contour Tester.

? Prepare and maintain quality documentation including PPAP, Sampling Plans, ISO/TS16949 documents, MSA, and Calibration records.

Utilize and implement 7 QC Tools and other analytical tools for root cause analysis andcontinuous improvement.

? Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and customer specifications.

? Coordinate with production and design teams for quality planning and product validation.

? Lead internal and external audits and drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

? Guide and mentor quality team members to improve their technical and analytical skills.

? Maintain and continuously improve the quality management system.

? Should have good knowledge on measuring instruments. (Height Gauge, VernierCalliper, Roughness tester, Air Bore Gauge etc)

Qualifications & Skills:

? B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

? Relevant experience in the auto component industry, preferably in piston and piston ringmanufacturing

.? Proven expertise in aluminium die casting and machining processes.

Hands-on experience with precision measuring and inspection tools.

? Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

? Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

? Effective leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
