Job Responsibilities:

Prepare

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

for initial and final project budgets Handle

quantity surveying and cost estimation

for construction projects Perform

RCC and BBM area calculations

accurately Manage

budgeting, cost control, and reconciliation

Coordinate with

SAP / ERP systems

for project and billing data Support

site execution, billing, and contract management

Assist in vendor coordination and verification of measurements Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines

Eligibility & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field

4-5 years of relevant QS experience

in construction/real estate projects Strong knowledge of

BOQ, estimation, billing, and contracts

Proficiency in

MS Excel, QS tools, SAP/ERP

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidates:

Experience in

large-scale construction or real estate projects

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Immediate joiners will be an added advantage
