JOB POSITION

Engineer - Quality

Part II - Job Purpose

Handling NPD trials and Quality related document preparations. Conducting batch production (for PPAP) trials and validation. Product Validation plan & Audit. Textile NC components handling & corrective action taken. The Position will be in Middle Management Team.

PART - III - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Textile projects coordination and completion of related tasks. Preparation & Verification of PPAP & PSW. Parts Quality adherence. Coating parts customer complaint handling, analysing CAPA preparation.

PART - IV - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of Layout inspection for new components. Corrective and preventive action report preparation for customer complaints. Preparation SOP, Quality alerts & one point lesson. In-process Patrol Visual inspection monitoring and action taken. NC parts handling and report preparation for sign off.

PART - V - EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREIENCE

DME/BE - In Mechanical Engineering (or) Bsc /Msc chemical 5 to 7 Years in which Minimum 3 years worked as Quality Engineer in QMS/ IATF Audit Awareness

PART - VII - TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Planning Analytical skills Product and Process knowledge

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
