Responsible for overseeing the vehicle assembly chassis line by ensuring thorough inspection processes, analyzing line losses, and maintaining the straight pass ratio. Acts as a key liaison for timely communication of internal and external customer complaints to quality inspectors.



Ensure Safety, 5S, SWI & JES compliant working condition related to quality assurance Conduct DWM & fix abnormality as per BharatBenz way Ensure Safety, 5S, SWI & JES compliant working condition related to inspection operations. Planning and deploying of required workforce of operations. Conduct CFT meeting & fix root cause for CFT issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive project success. Motivate team members to participate in internal & external competitions Manage industrial relations topics to ensure smooth line operations and quality compliance. Analyze line loss topics and fix containment actions Motivate team for generating cost saving ideas Maintaining and revising the skill matrix of team members on a regular basis. Modify inspection checkpoints based on updated series production requirements under change management.
