• 3+ years of experience in in manual testing
• Relevant higher educational and professional background with 5 years of relevant working experience
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in the insurance domainxe2x80x94preferably Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Understanding of insurance products, coverages, rating logic, and regulatory documentation

Quality Assurance

• Able to work independently and in a global team setup to take on initiatives with a positive attitude
• Strong manual testing skills, including writing and executing test cases, test planning, and regression testing.
• Experience in documentation testing for insurance policies and customer communications

Agile Project Delivery

• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent Agile project and defect tracking tools

Collaboration & Communication

• Effective communication skills to interact with developers, business users, and QA peers across regions.
• Ability to participate in cross-functional meetings and support project-level QA planning and reporting.
