Project Deliverables:
DVA, DMU check and reports preparation, BOM check, VCs (base and color) release
activities, DMLs and weight analysis.- for Q5 platform MCE projects.
Job Responsibility
:
(Describe responsibility of this position for above deliverables)
DVA - DVA analysis for component, Assy & vehicle level to be evaluated in Vis-VSA software & report with recommandation to be published
DMU check - DMU analysis for component assy to be checked as per static & dynamic clearences, DFA, DFS etc. Reports to be published with recommandation & action plan
VCs - Base and color release activities- applicable VCs to be released based on feature list & CMFG document
DMLs and weight analysis - DML's to be reviewed based on design changes & reports to be prepared as per DML/DMU guidelines
Minimum Qualification & Specialization (e.g. BE-Mech):
