Engineer - (Mobile QA)REFID241471Our NielsenIQ Technology teams are working on revamping multiple platform, a unified, global, open data ecosystem powered by Microsoft Azure. Our clients around the world rely on NielsenIQ\'s data and insights to innovate and grow. As a Mobile Engineer, you\'ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and prototyping cutting-edge technologies. Right now our CDAR platform is concentrating on application convergence with latest cross platform mobile technologies with Xamarin and leverage Azure DevOps to support things like CI/CD and integrations. Our team is co-located and agile, with central technology hubs in Chennai and Pune.What you\'ll doDesign and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.Conduct both automated and manual testing to ensure the quality of iOS and Android applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, leadership & business to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.Identify, document, and track bugs, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of existing applications during feature updates.Conduct compatibility testing across various devices, versions, and operating systems.Participate in the continuous improvement of the QA process and contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies.QualificationsWe\'re looking for people who haveBachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.4-6 years of proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on testing mobile applications.Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and processes.Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for mobile applications.Proficiency in using testing tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar.Solid understanding of mobile application testing challenges and best practices.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Additional InformationAbout NIQNIQ is the world\'s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
