Job Description
- Experience in handling incidents, change and problem tickets
- Experience in troubleshooting network issues using several tools (traceroute, mtr, ping, dig/nslookup, CURL, device debugs, logs, tcpdump/wireshark and related)
- Knowledge / experience in configuring and supporting devices such as Check Point, Cisco ASA, Juniper Netscreen, Cisco Nexus 9k etc.
- Experience in handling critical priority 1 tickets with ability to provide efficient solutions with effective communication.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting F5 Load balancing solutions with LTM & GTM provisioning modules.
- Good knowledge SSL/TLS concepts, its implementation and renewals on any devices like F5’s Profiles, Device’s management access etc.
- Good understanding of IPSec tunnels, Client based & Clientless VPN solutions like Pulse Secure, Cisco AnyConnect etc.
- Good understanding of TCP-IP stack, BGP routing protocol & security best practices.
- Experience in monitoring IT services and good command of associated technologies.
- Ability to take ownership and provide efficient solution, passionate to learn new things and eager to implement solutions/processes for team’s benefits
