Title: Engineer - Product Engineering Years of experience: 4 - 6 Years Location: Pune Job Purpose Statement The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and management of applications used to provide Monitoring, Event Notification and Workflow Automation for IT Infrastructure that support our customers and Lines of Business (LOB); Be a subject matter expert in their field and have the ability to troubleshoot complex issues; Be able to work under pressure and meet team deadlines; mentor to less experienced team members; Have the technical acumen to be creative in their approach to problem solving. Key Responsibilities 1. Build relationships across organizational boundaries to gain a deep understanding of business and technical requirements. 2. Provide customers and teammates with technical guidance that is based on strong technical skills and informed by the customer’s needs. 3. Maintain hardware up to supported standards and optimum performance. 4. Technical Planning based on customer requirements. 5. Proactively look to improve and add efficiency to current process and exercise judgment in the decision-making process to provide consistent customer service. 6. Engaging customer and/or vendors and/or peers to assist in troubleshooting when needed. 7. Participate in ours and customer’s change and problem management process to ensure standardization and adherence to policies and procedures. Technical Competencies (Experience and Knowledge) Experience in an IT support role, preferably at an IT service provider. Including the following areas:

• Well versed in Distributed Computing concepts and Virtualization.

• TCP/IP stack and computer network concepts.

• Windows Server Admin / RHEL Admin

• Experience in managing server hardware including x86, and blade chassis models.

• SNMP and monitoring tools (e.g. – HP-OMI,uCMDB, CA SystemEdge, netsnmp).

• Experience in a Service Provider environment.

• Experience with Windows/Linux Operating Systems. (Based on the requirement, either Windows or Linux)

• Experience with other virtualization products (Vmware, Azure).

• Experience with Cisco UCS.

• Provide on-call, off hours support.
