Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled

Engineer

to support the Management team. The ideal candidate should be a

BE

B.Tech graduate

with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. This role requires a blend of administrative efficiency and technical understanding to assist in project coordination, data analysis, and strategic planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

comprehensive administrative and operational support

to senior management. Coordinate and track ongoing

engineering and business projects

, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Prepare and analyze

technical reports, MIS, and presentations

for management review. Collaborate with various departments (Engineering, Operations, Sales etc.) to gather updates and prepare executive summaries. Handle

confidential information

with discretion and professionalism. Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, travel plans, and communication for the management team. Support in

process improvement initiatives

, workflow optimization, and technology integration. Perform

data research and analysis

to assist in decision-making. Act as a

liaison

between management and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. High proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

and

Google Workspace

. Basic understanding of

engineering processes or project management

. Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background:

B.Tech graduates (Mechanical / Electrical ) Prior internship or experience in a

technical coordination, project management, or EA role

will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
