To Execute and monitor brown field projects, Capex jobs, modification job, process improvement jobs by understanding process.

Plant Layout set up by understanding operational requirement with project manager

Equipment's detailing, Erection and commissioning of GLR, SSR, Tanks, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Columns, Blowers ANF, Dryer, etc along with schedule bar chart
4
Reading P&IDs, PFDs, PDS, G.A Drawing, Structural Layout, Isometric drawings, Nozzle orientation of equipment
5
Preparation of BOQ, Time-line, Equipment's and Material tracking, follow up with vendor
6
Checking contractor quality work and measurements as per standards.

Ensuring no material waste at contactor site while fabrication and material reconciliation.
8
Participating in HAZOP for smooth compliance of all safety requirement
9
PSSR of all installed equipment's as per PSSR guidelines
10
PR, PO, Service entry, Material Reservation, etc
11
Managed contractors and their manpower as per priority and allocation of job
12
Third party inspection at vendor premises
13
To provide a safety talk/on line job talk before job execution for safely completion of activity
