Job Description

This role sits within the Engineering team and focuses on

end-to-end project execution

for

automotive ECU / mechatronics products

. The incumbent will manage projects from

RFQ/RFI stage through SOP (Start of Production)

, ensuring delivery as per scope, timelines, quality, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Own project execution from RFQ/RFI to series production. Act as

single point of contact (SPOC)

for customers on assigned programs. Coordinate technical, quality, and commercial interactions with customers. Develop and drive detailed project execution plans with cross-functional teams. Track milestones, manage risks, escalate delays, and ensure on-time delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within projects.

Technical & Functional Requirements

Experience in

NPD project management

within

automotive Tier-1 environments

. Hands-on exposure to

APQP, PPAP

, and multiple NPD cycles. Understanding of

ECU product development and manufacturing processes

. Basic knowledge of

ASPICE and Functional Safety (FuSa)

. Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Teams). PMP certification or working knowledge preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. High ownership, urgency, and ethical standards.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Automotive / Mechatronics) with

minimum 60% throughout academics
