Job Description

Operate, monitor, and optimize plastic injection moulding machines and equipment. Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production schedules in line with quality and output targets. Troubleshoot process issues (e.g., flash, short shot, warping) and optimize parameters to ensure consistent product quality. Conduct mould trials, new product development support, and process validation. Perform setup and changeover of moulds and machines. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure machine availability and minimal downtime. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, 5S, and lean manufacturing standards. Monitor and report key production metrics (OEE, scrap rate, cycle time, downtime). Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities. Maintain production logs, reports, and documentation. Train and supervise operators and ensure skill development across shifts.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
