Resonposibility

To achieve Customer mentioned Scores. Customer interaction and order reviews. To Prepare Master Plan including Molding, Decoration, Assembly and run MRP as per schedule to meet customer expected date. To prepare and review long term and short term capacity plans and raise timely alerts Knowledge of S&OP & SAP must. Communicating with customer with Reponses to their emails on top priority with required data. Ensure Schedules are updated on time in ERP and customer portal updation. Ensure GR entries are done on time in E-connect for PA's. Assembly planning as per Customer PO. Circulate monthly production plan to internal cross functional teams for Molding, Decoration & Assembly of every month. Release schedules to the SCM team as per scheduled date. Follow-up with SCM team and ensure the materials are in house in time. Release the production plan to Stores to issue materials as per plan.- Ensure there are no line stoppages due to shortage of molded parts, materials etc., Coordinate with logistics team to plan the shipment schedule and bookings of container. Coordinate with Quality team and plan inspection schedules. Update daily production data and ensure delivery dates are meet. Coordinate with stores and update WIP and FG status on regular basis. Knowledge of Advance Excel.
