Job Description

Manage daily production ensuring EHS and quality standards. Oversee moulds, kiln operations, SAP booking, stock accuracy, and manpower allocation. Support Kaizens, maintain 5S, coordinate with departments, and ensure housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

o Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace


o Ensuring quality & process control during production as per QC.


o Ensuring Production of Monolithic/PCPF as per production order.


o Reading of drawing of shapes, indent preparation for moulds/other inputs. Follow up for moulds for timely delivery. Checking of moulds and ensure first piece checking before allowing bulk production.


o Ensuring kiln loading & unloading and firing/drying as per schedule provided by QC team


o Ensuring booking of production in SAP and match book stock & physical stock


o Ensuring participation and encourage team in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)


o Participation in all EHS initiatives


o Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion


o Ensuring proper coordination with other departments


o Allocation of manpower and taking work from workers.


o Production dashboard management and ensure 5S culture at shopfloor

Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:

o Knowledge on production of Monolithic & PCPF Refractory Shapes.


o Knowledge on study of drawing and understand shapes.


o Knowledge on SAP PP module.


o Basic knowledge on computer operating like MS office.

Requirements:

Qualification: Science Graduate/Diploma


Work Experience: 3-5 years


Age Limit: 35 years

Preferred: Work experience in refractory/Core manufacturing Industries
