Job Objective

Aims to provide the best quality product with minimal cost and on time. Candidate must be in position of operation management is to ensure the best use of company resources.

Primary responsibilities-

Responsible for overall safety on shop floor and identifying Near mis, Unsafe acts & Unsafe condition Lead a team of 30+ Plant associate and 20+ contract associates in a shift environment. Optimal utilization of resources including Manpower, Material, and machines. Prepare weekly and daily production plan and monitor it to achieve targets in machine fabrication and assembly. Responsible for self-inspection of job and entire quality of the product. Ensuring stage wise assembly inspection and final inspection as per QAP to maintain quality of the product competitive in market Planning & coordination within production team to discuss the delivery schedule and ensuring order execution through fabrication & assembly, successful IO, ITR Testing & Trials and FAT to dispatch machine in full. Coordinating with Design, Purchase, PPC, Projects, Stores, Logistics during order execution at various stages including drawing issuing, MRP, procurement, MR, material issuing and dispatch Capable of doing risk assessment in production phase of machine and should resolve the problem with appropriate action plan Execute NPD machines/projects with ACG NPD team by exhibiting Innovation and Cross functional teamwork. Preparing weekly customer wise, age wise inventory analysis report for execution location and conduct meeting with Stores, Purchase and Engineering team for Inventory control and consumption of non-moving inventory. Knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing tools like SWOT analysis, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Work standardization, Lean Material flow. Identify Muda/wastes in manufacturing process and develop Kaizens to eliminate it. Rework Reduction Able to identify Capex requirement and prepare an annual Capex budget for production. Coordination with cross functional team to resolve critical customer complaint and implement CAPA Prepare various production MIS like BSC, GMI, Business rules Lead cost saving project Experience in ISO
