Job Description
- Parts Planning & Ordering in consideration with Plant Inventory (Procurement).
- Follow up Vendor parts, ensuring all parts on time delivery for Production.
- Maintaining clear accountability by ensuring 100% All Procured parts GRN done without any GAP in co-ordination with Logistics.
- Able to make Inventory analysis (difference, fluctuation).
- Responsible for maintaining Inventory level as per the norms set by Company.
- Prepare Design Change implementation schedule in Co-ordination with Related Stake Holders.
- Responsible for BOM Creation & updation for respective ECN change & ensuring 100% accurate BOM.
- Ensure zero obsolescence due to ECN change
