PURPOSE OF POSITION

Product Stewardship support to global Molex plants primarily for Customer environmental requests (CERs). Projects include but not limited to completion of IMDS/ CAMDS/ BOMcheck/ SCIP submissions, Track Customer requirements, Supplier Product Compliance data collection, Updating regulatory documents such as RoHS, REACH, EU MDR, Declaration of Non-Use (DoNU\'s) and Substance Test reports in SAP-EHSM and other data project support.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop approaches and methodologies based on established, changed and new legislation, regulation, and guidance documentation.

Candidates with previous working experience in Medical (EU MDR, BOMcheck) and/ or Automotive domain (IMDS, CAMDS) would be preferred.

Actively follow-up on the progression of technical documentation activities required to successfully and timely complete the deliverables.

Primary responsibilities inclue but not limited to completion of Customer Environmental Requests (CER\'s), Completing Customer surveys/ forms OR other tools such as IMDS, BOMcheck and IPC. Xml report generation/ submission.

Communicate with Suppliers/Plants about our Product compliance requirements to obtain required compliance documentation.
Also responsible to load regulatory documents such as RoHS, REACH, EU MDR, Declaration of Non-Use (DoNU\'s) and Substance Test reports in SAP EHSM.

Responsible to support multiple projects and compliance activities.

Proactively develop strategies for continual improvement in support and ensure high customer satisfaction for assigned projects.

Represent Global users in system development programs identifying and documenting requirements,monitoring software development, organising global user testing and monitoring system implementation and effectiveness.

Planning, prioritising, solving problems, reporting progress and executing established project objectives.

Good knowledge of the regulatory requirements, future trends concerning Automotive (IMDS) and/ or Medical devices industry is a plus.

Qualification

:

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical/ Environmental/ Biomedical Electronics) or
Science/Environment graduate from a reputed university/institution

Professional Qualification :

Experience

:

2 to 4 years in Product Compliance/Stewardship and Environmental Engineering Services functions

Skill Sets & Competencies :

1.Basic skills in SAP and material knowledge specific to EH&S and Compliance requirements

2. Good knowledge of RoHS, REACH, Full Material Declarations (FMD) and other Environmental regulations and processes.

3. Good and effective technical communication skills.

4. Proficiency in Desktop tools like Word processing,MS-Excel, MS-Access and Web development skills.

5. Good knowledge of SAP systems and processes

Special Skills

Expertise in Data Management & MS-Office Applications

Knowledge of Compliance & Stewardship Tools/Applications

Good knowledge of handling large amount of data & database tools.
