As Engineer- Technical Support your mission will be to support all functions of AGA products by responding to all kind of technical questions. The goal would be to continuously improve the data availability and support process. Build up a knowledge portal and gather FAQ's. You will be interacting with the global team of AGA marketing to stay up to date with new product release and updates.
You will be working at the Global Engineering Centre of Atlas Copco Process Management team.
