Your role

As a Single Point of contact for Divisional SAP activities, you will:




Provide ERP support to Engineering and Projects Team



Maintain ERP Material Master data



Work on E-BOM, Production BOM and Routing creation



Assist in the effectivity of the Engineering Change (EC), with specific responsibility to: + Chase ECs (look at throughput, chase for approvals, highlight issues or roadblocks found)
+ Coordinate with Project Leaders / Engineers and Operations to assist in the raising and management of EC
+ Assist with activities such as non-production part requests and liaising with the Warehouse Team to get parts out of stores as required by Engineers.



Responsibility includes identifying areas for improvement and assisting with writing procedures or training material to assist in the smooth running of the department. Develop a team as the business grows Strong process docmuentation and training material creation

To succeed, you will need

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the following areas:

Engineering Change Management

SAP Material Master Data Management

: Experience in Material Creation, Material Change, Plant Extension, and Sales Text Management.

SAP BOM (Bill of Materials) Creation

: Expertise in Production BOM and Routing creation. Strong understanding of mechanical product manufacturing processes and inter-departmental dependencies.

Data Migration Experience

: Knowledge of Bulk Master data update methods, SAP customizations, experience migrating data from legacy ERP systems to SAP.

SAP Modules

: Knowledge of SAP MM and PP required; other modules is an advantage.

Personality Requirements:

Self-disciplined, well-mannered, and adheres to office timings and work ethics. Clear and effective communicator, especially in conveying challenges and project status. Proactive in identifying and addressing potential project issues ahead of time. Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and ownership. Collaborative team player with project management skills.

Additional Information:

The role might require international travel, and a valid passport is mandatory.
