Job Title : Sr. PPC Engineer / Executive

Qualification : BE Mech

Experience : 3 to 4 yrs

Salary : As per industry standards

Candidate must be from automobile manufacturing industries

Must have knowledge and hands on experience in machineries

Create and manage production plans and schedules. Collaborate with departments to ensure resource utilization. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order materials. Analyze production data for process improvement opportunities. Implement quality control measures to meet product specifications. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations Schedule shift according to production needs Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in production planning software, ERP, MS-Excel, V-lookup, Pivot, PPT
