Position PPC Engineer

Role & Responsibilities :-

1 Understand & Capture the Customers daily / weekly & monthly Requirements ( Monthly Schedules )

2 Considering the available material calculate requirements of Raw material / structural material /bought outs / outsourcing parts , plan the inwarding / Material receipt dates to meet Production Plan & Customer Delivery Schedule

3 Timely Follow up in structured way ( If required take meeting / prepare MOM /send mails ) for getting /delivering input to production

4 He should have knowledge of SAP / ERP Sysyem & should coordinate / Lead the Team for SAP / ERP software implementation

5 Candidate should have hands on experience in ERP or system implementation/deployment projects.

6 Proficiency in SAP / ERP data collection,creation,migration,System integration techniques & User training.

7 Experience with customization,configuration & process improvement in system environments such as SAP / ERP etc

8 Must possess descent understanding of process flow,able to work with cross functional teams like,Marketing,NPD,Purchase,store,Production,Quality etc

9 Ensure daily work orders to be given to production line by Production Supervisor. Planning Person need to ensure 100% feed availability

10 Calculate the lead time of each product & based on that calculate the machine wise utilizations plan for monthly Schedule

11 To establish, maintain & improve Planning systems documentations - Prepare Monthly planning file / Daily delivery compliance / Daily feed reports / NK Charts / daily updates to customers on deliveries etc

12 Material accountability - initiate actions for monitoring Raw material / WIP / Finish good inventory

13 Compliance to the customer audits & findings related to planning

14 Planning activities for developments monthly Schedule

15 Monitor & improve planning efficiency

16 Initiate the actions towards continual improvement projects / kaizen / 5S / Lean / Kanban / Process & Motion Mapping / Reducing 7 wastes / Turtle Chart etc.

17 Provide planning reports as planned (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

1 Qualifications BE Mechanical / DME

2 Age 30 to 32 Years

3 Work Experience 3- 5 years.

Knowledge

1 Bending, Punching, Plasma, Laser Cutting, Assembly , Machining Processes.

2 Fabrication/ welding processes MIG-TIG-SMAW. WPS / PQR / NDT & Welding Standards

3 CED / Shot blasting / Painting /Powder coating processes

4 Engineering BOM's & Scope of Projects.

5 Detailed knowledge of available machines / utility

7 Knowledge of Kanban ,5S etc

8 Materials & Basic Metallurgy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
