Job Description

The PPC (Production Planning & Control) Engineer will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities in the FRP division to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement production plans and schedules for FRP manufacturing processes. Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks to optimize efficiency. Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Prepare production reports, forecasts, and KPIs for management review. Implement cost-saving measures and improve production efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Assist in new product introductions and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of experience in production planning & control, preferably in FRP, composites, or related manufacturing. Strong knowledge of production planning tools, ERP systems, and scheduling software.
