Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports generation & review
Program preparation for Optimum utilization of resources
Monitoring hired P&M asset.
Monitoring HSD consumption & tracking for both internal & hired asset
Monitoring output form different P&M
Identification of break downs & its risk
Construction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Matl.Handling Equpmt- Cranes
Const.Equipments- Heavy duty crane, DG, Concrete Mixers, Drill jambo, shotcrete machine,loader,pick & Carry cranes
Minimizing idle P&M
Erection of major plant & Machinery.
Servicing/ Regular maintenance of equipment's
Preparation of breakdown report
Preparation of daily equipment check list, breakdown check list, daily P&M DPR, Safety check list, Tool Box talk to P&M operator & workers.
